Crane libraries and site references
Choose a model-specific preset or drawing block, import the surrounding map and keep the source information with your plan.

LTM 1030-2.1, LTM 1070-4.2 and LTM 1100-5.3. Place support plans and transport elevations, choose published support settings, and retain the source drawing.
Export dynamic .lppblock files or the current pose as DXF. Hook and ballast reference entries are separate from the editable drawing library.

Search UK site presets or enter coordinates. Import neighbouring map areas, model source-reported heights, edit roads and buildings, and replace mapped items with plant equipment.
Source heights, storey estimates and illustrative assumptions remain distinguishable. Map data is approximate site context.
Follow the map-import guideCurrent web features. Desktop availability depends on the installed release. Crane geometry and drawing blocks do not supply certified lifting capacities; use the exact manufacturer duty information. Map imports do not replace a site survey.
Set up a desktop or web workspace and establish a consistent coordinate system before modelling.
Use the modelling ribbon to create editable geometry, trace references and organise reusable components.
Build a crane from parametric parts or prepare a supplied source assembly, then transfer it into rigging.
Make the crane anatomy move around the correct mechanical points and define a continuous hoist rope path.
Record repeatable poses, coordinate cranes and review visible surroundings through the movement sequence.
Complete the engineering record for the entire lift, including every crane, the method, drawings, source data and sign-off responsibilities.
Resolve common setup problems while preserving the editable project and its source evidence.
Build dimensioned solids from imported or traced profiles, preserving the drawing and its scale.
Store editable geometry, parameters, repeated parts and manufacturer evidence in your own .lppblock files.
Use scripting to generate repeatable geometry and movement. Choose file formats according to their actual import and export capabilities.
Keep source geometry, manufacturer reference dimensions and modelling assumptions distinct.
Build the plan from the actual scene, selected crane configuration and reviewed rigging data.
Prepare reusable, traceable models for review under LPP-MSS-001.
Use the same engineering workflow with explicit differences between local and account-backed services.
Keep organisation access, software licensing, learning evidence and course awards separate.
Share controlled project information with the intended people.
Verify the actual published installer and preserve your projects before updating.
Choose a mobile anatomy preset, a dimensioned drawing block or a reusable component according to the work you need to do. These libraries serve different purposes.
Bring OpenStreetMap linework, source-reported heights and explicitly chosen modelling assumptions into the same project as the crane and load.
