LPP service rates use the provider standard token prices, a fixed planning conversion of GBP 0.80 per USD, and a 3x service multiplier. This is a published service rate, not a live currency conversion. Charges round up to one millionth of a pound.
Every request displays a maximum reservation for you to approve. Only measured usage is settled; unused reserved credit is released. Changing the content or rate requires a new quote. Provider cache-write overhead, if any, is absorbed by LPP and does not add a customer surcharge.
Your account shows included and purchased balances and the last 50 requests with date, model, token counts, status and charge. Responses are private to your signed-in account. Credit never transfers between members.
Credit is an LPP service balance, not money transferred to OpenAI. Your personal ChatGPT subscription and the server's Codex login are not shared with members.

There is no automatic CAD editing, script execution, payment or certification. Refunded or disputed credit is removed and may pause further AI use pending account review.
