Subscription and licence information

Web membership

Web membership is £50 per month, billed in GBP. New accounts require confirmed payment before accessing paid tools. Creating an account does not activate membership. There is no free web trial.

Recurring membership continues until cancelled. Signed-in members can manage their subscription through the billing page. The payment total and billing details are shown at Checkout before confirmation.

New paid Desktop purchases: £300 per year

New Desktop purchases are annual subscriptions at £300 per year, billed in GBP. Payment must be verified before activation. The subscription renews each year until you cancel future renewals through Desktop activation and billing. Cancellation keeps access until the end of the verified paid period. A failed renewal does not extend access.

Annual activation requires Desktop version 0.1.10 or later for your platform. Check the Downloads page before purchasing. Download and import a renewed activation key after each paid renewal. When access ends, your saved local projects and settings remain on your computer. Cloud access is separate. Review the final total and any applicable tax at Checkout.

Existing lifetime licences and Full Workflow purchases

Existing lifetime Desktop buyers and administrator grants retain lifetime access to the version covered by their original licence. They are not converted to annual subscriptions and are not charged again by this change. Existing Full Workflow customers keep their agreed Desktop licence and Cloud subscription terms; cancelling Cloud does not remove their purchased lifetime Desktop access. New Desktop and Cloud subscriptions are purchased separately.

Student access: six weeks

New Student licences last six weeks (42 days) from the first successful app sign-in. A verified account, accepted Student terms and regular online access checks are required. Existing granted periods and expiry dates are preserved. Explicit lifetime Student exceptions have no expiry but remain subject to account access checks; they do not include paid Desktop or Cloud.

Student does not automatically renew or charge you. When Student access ends, local projects and settings remain on your computer. Purchasing annual Desktop is optional and separate.

Engineering review

Models, drawings and simulation support planning and review. The responsible lifting team must verify the applicable manufacturer configuration and engineering data, and approve the lift plan before use.
